Operation Instruction
Please operate as the following:
1. Maker sure the
Temperature Controller

set at “0” position.
2. Fill cool water into the Urn to bill at least half of total capacity of the Urn
3. Cover the
Lid

back to urn.
4. Plug the
Power Cord
into electric outlet.
5. Turn
the
Power Switch

ON"
, and the

will be lights up to
indicate the power is connected.
6. Turn the
Knob
of
Controller

to the temperature that you willing prefer.
7. The
Indicator Lamp

will be light up, the water in the urn start to heat up.
8. .When the

lights off, the brewing process is completed.
An urn of hot water now ready to be served.
9. When the temperature cool down about 5~10 degree C than the number
that you setting, the System will re-start to heat up automatically and the

will be lights up again.

beyond (or very close) the Number
of 100, the machine will be always maintain in
“Boiling State” AND WIIL
NOT STOP until user turn the Power Switch

away from the rated of 100 (or beyond 100).
