Thank you for having chosen the KÜCHENPROFI Spaetzle press. Please read
through the instructions carefully prior to using it for the first time and keep
them for future users.

If the appliance is used or handled in an inappropriate manner, we cannot
be held responsible for any ensuing damage.
This appliance is intended for domestic use only.
Before first use
· Please clean well all parts before the first use.
· We recommend to clean the Spaetzle press by hand using hot water and, if
necessary, a little detergent.
· Afterwards thoroughly dry off all parts.
Instructions for use
· Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add plenty of salt.
· Immerse the Spaetzle press briefly in the boiling water before filling it with
dough to prevent the dough from sticking.
· The front end of the Spaetzle press is equipped with a pot rest. This makes
it easier to fill and operate the press.
· Place the dough in the container and press the lever down. The dough will
be pressed through the holes and fall into the water.
Attention:
Do not tilt the Spaetzle press when filling the dough.
Tip:
When finished cooking, rinse all kitchen utensils immediately with cold
water.
