Check Easy Checker(TM) Lamps:
1. When the key is turned "ON", lamps (3) (4) should
come on. If trouble should occur at any location while
the engine is running, the indicator lamp
corresponding to problem will turn "ON".
2. If the parking brake warning indicator (6) does not
illuminate, make sure the parking brake is set.
For the appropriate preheating time, refer to the table
below:
A
Glow plug indicator (5) comes on while engine is being
preheated.
A
Because of the safety devices, the engine will not start
except when the PTO clutch lever is placed in the
"OFF" position and speed control pedal is placed in the
"NEUTRAL" position.

Cold Weather Starting
When the ambient temperature is below -5

) and
the engine is very cold. If the engine fails to start, turn off
the key for 30 seconds. Then repeat steps

and

. To
protect the battery and the starter, make sure that the
starter is not continuously turned for more than 30
seconds.

Block Heater (Option)
A block heater is available as an option from your dealer.
It will assist you in starting your tractor when the ambient
temperature is below -15

If any lamps stays on, immediately stop the engine and
determine the cause.

(3) Engine oil pressure warning indicator
(4) Electrical charge warning indicator
(5) Glow plug indicator
(6) Parking brake warning indicator [B3350/B3350SU only]

Turn the key to "PREHEAT" position
and hold it for about 2 to 3 seconds.

Over 0 C (32 F)
2 to 3 sec.
0 to -5 C (32 to 23 F)
5 sec.
-5 to -15 C (23 to 5 F)
10 sec.

Turn the key to "START" position and
release when the engine starts.
10. Check to see that all the lamps on the
Easy Checker(TM) are "OFF".
