Removing the motorcycle from the work stand

The parked vehicle may roll away or fall over.

Always place the vehicle on a firm and even surface.

Secure the motorcycle against falling over.

Remove the work stand and lean the vehicle on the side stand.

Starting

When running the engine, always make sure there is sufficient ventilation, and do not start or run the engine in an enclosed
space without an effective exhaust extraction system.

Note
Engine failure
High engine speeds in cold engines have a negative effect on the service life of the engine.

Always warm up the engine at low engine speeds.

Turn the emergency OFF switch to the position .

Switch on the ignition by turning the ignition key to position
ON
.
After you switch on the ignition, you can hear the fuel pump working for about
two seconds. The function check of the combination instrument is run at the
same time.

Shift gear to neutral.
The green idling speed indicator lamp

lights up.

Press the electric starter button .
