7.10 Adjusting the settings
7.10.1
Setting the set pressure
The unit’s default setting equals the set pressure indicated on
the rating plate.
If the setpoint needs to be adjusted to the site conditions,
parameter
3-2-3-9
has to be changed.
First, enter the customer password as described under 7.5.2.1
Access levels - customer. Then change the setpoint as
described under 7.5.2.2.
7.10.2
Further settings
If any further settings have to be adjusted to the site conditions,
change their parameters as described in section 7.5.2.2. Refer
to section 7.5.2 for the menu structure.
7.10.2.1 Parameter 3-2-2-37 Bandwidth
The parameter 3-2-2-17, bandwidth, defines the permissible
deviation of the actual value from the setpoint (default: 0.5bar).
7.10.2.2 Parameter 3-2-2-17 No-flow detection time
The parameter 3-2-2-17 defines no flow detection time in sec.
The unit will monitor the no flow condition for the time specified
by parameter.
7.10.2.3 Parameter 3-2-2-33 / 3-2-2-34
Parameters 3-2-2-33 and 3-2-2-34 serve to adjust the PI
controller settings.
Frequency inverter parameters cannot be
changed via the control unit.
7.10.2.4 Parameter 3-2-2-40 save fact to user
The parameters 3-2-2-40 enables user on site to change the
user parameters to factory setted order specific parameters.
For accessing this parameter service login is required.
7.11 Remote-OFF connection (optional)
The remote-OFF connection is a NC contact. When this contact
opens, all pumps which are in operation will be sequenced
out after the set delay.
When this contact is closed, the pumps will start up again in
line with the demand.
7.12 Shutdown
As long as the unit is out of operation, water is supplied directly
through the unit at inlet pressure.
- Set master switch to “0”.
- For prolonged shutdown, drain the unit.
