BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Before using for the first time, run your appliance once or twice with clean water and without coffee.
Rinse the glass jug and the filter holder.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Lift the lid

Put the required quantity of water in the tank (making sure not to go above the “max” indicator)

The measurements on the glass jug and the tank are the same

The quantity of coffee obtained will be slightly less because the ground coffee absorbs water.

Close the lid again.
n
Open the filter holder

Fold down the edges of the filter paper and push it down gently with your hand, then place the filter paper
(1 x 2) in the machine

Put the coffee grounds (you can use the measuring spoon provided
(g)
). For medium-strength coffee,
one measure per cup is sufficient

Close the filter holder, click it into place and put back the glass jug with its lid

The lid of the glass jug and the filter holder must be properly aligned to allow the coffee to flow easily.
WARNING: the presence of the lid on the glass jug is essential to ensure control of the
drip prevention system and avoid the filter holder overflowing.

Switch the coffee maker on by pressing the On/Off button. The white light switches on and the cycle
begins

You can stop the cycle at any time by pressing the On/Off button again (the white light switches off).
n
At the end of the cycle (i.e. when there is no more water in the tank), the heat will be maintained until it
turns off automatically after about 30 minutes. The white light will switch off.
WARNING: Do not touch the filter holder while the water is running.
n
You can remove the glass jug at any point to pour yourself a coffee and the drip prevention system will
start to operate. Be sure to put the glass jug back quickly to avoid the filter holder overflowing.
n
Put the glass jug on the hot plate to keep the coffee warm.
WARNING: do not put water in the coffee maker when it is hot, leave it to cool down for
approximately 10 minutes.
CLEANING
n
Unplug your coffee maker before cleaning it. Pull out the filter holder

Wash the body of the appliance with a damp cloth.
