Vector push rod assembly

Before you can bolt in the rods there is some
light cutting to be done to allow for the rods to
Move freely.
First remove the left hand side wire tube located through the forms alongside the
fuselage. Also dremel the tube holder away that held the tube at the back.
Now you need to remove to slots in the rear pipe former to take the metal horns
welded to the pipe. Don’t remover to much at the start. Take your time and try
remover as less material as possible to keep the strength in the rear former.
Bolt the rods onto the pipe loosely for now and make sure everything is free and
that the rods get to the servos at the front without touching any formers.
Make up a ball joint and threaded rod unit up and push through the carbon rod.
Centre the servos and mark where the carbon rod meets the threaded rod. Remove
carbon rod and epoxy threaded linkage in the carbon rod at the mark you just made.
Now bind with cotton and soak in thin C.A for a secure bond.Repead this for the
elevator servo linkage. Install all components and lock nut the rear ball joints.
