rudder shaft will later have to be flattened for the
screw of the rudder lever.
The rudder support 1.5 is glued into the stern (Sta-
bilit) so that the rudder tube protrudes approxi-
mately centrally through the hole and the distance
to the upper hull edge is approximately 60 mm.

Now push the centering plate 1.6 over the rudder
tube and glue it to the rudder support. Then seal
the rudder tube with Stabilit.
Next, prepare the sterntube 1.19 for installation.
First fit the lubrication nipple.
Fig. sterntube and lubrication nipple
For this, file a notch in the grease nipple on the
flange side with a round file so that the lubrication
nipple can be placed on the sterntube.

Solder on the lubricating nipple 15 mm from the
end of the sterntube. Then drill with 3 mm through
the sterntube. Blow out well the cuttings that may
have fallen into the sterntube.
Preparation of the drive
First solder the interference suppression capacitors
to the motor so that both capacitors 103 (value 10
nf) run from the terminal lug to the motor housing.
Grind the motor housing very well at the soldering
point. Solder the third capacitor 473 (value 47 nf)
between the two terminal lugs. Insulate the ca-
pacitor legs with shrink tubing.

Next, solder on the connecting cables.
Glue together the engine mount from parts 1.13
and 1.14. Screw the engine to the engine mount.
Connect the shaft 1.20 with coupling 1.17 to the
motor and slide on the sterntube.
