Unlike simple engines that contain carbon brushes, the

KRAUSMANN® BRUSHLESS engine eliminates this waste of

energy that carbon brushes need to produce friction. This

increases autonomy, performance and service life of the

tool, making it ideal for heavy-duty work.

When selecting a blade, choose the right type

and length. Many types of blades are available

for a variety of applications: cutting metal, wood,

nail-embedded wood, scroll cutting, roughing-in

and contours.

M

any lengths are also available. Choose a length

long enough to extend beyond the shoe and your

work throughout the stroke. Do not use blades

less than 88mm long since they won’t extend

beyond the shoe throughout the stroke.

Selecting a blade

 areas are

clean. Metal chips and sawdust may prevent the

Blade Clamp from clamping securely.
Depending on the job, the blade may be inserted

with the teeth facing up or down. To install a blade,

always make sure that the blade clamp lever

Α

 (fig

recipro saw blade. If the blade clamp lever in fixed

position (εικ 2), rotate the blade clamp lever in the

direction of the arrow

 fully.

The blade is removed and the blade clamp lever is

fixed at the fixed position.

If you remove the recipro saw blade without

rotating the blade clamp lever fully, the lever may

not be locked in the released position. In this

case, rotate the blade clamp lever fully again, then

make sure that the blade clamp lever locked at the

released position.

I

f the blade clamp lever is positioned inside the

tool, switch on the tool just a second to let the

blade out. Remove the battery cartridge from the

tool before installing or removing the recipro saw

blade.

       WARNING:

If you do not insert the blade deep enough, the recipro

saw blade may be ejected unexpectedly during operation.

This can be extremely dangerous.

       WARNING:

Κeep hands and fingers away from the lever during the

switching operation. Failure to do so may cause personal
injuries.

Periodically clean dust and debris from the

Blade Clamp with dry compressed air.

I

f the collar resists twisting, twist the collar

back and forth to shake debris loose.
