(11) Reinstall the dual scan board removed in step
(7). (Two screws)
(12) Install two supplied shoulder screws (large).
(13) Connect the connector which was removed in
step (6) again.
(14) Insert the supplied DSC board to the indicated
connector of the dual scan board horizontally
until it hits against the end.
Note:
Perform it with certainty because contact failure
leads to the breakage of the board.
(15) Tighten the supplied screw and the screw
removed in step (7).
(16) To install the covers and other parts removed in
steps (2) to (4), reverse the removal procedure.
3. Configuration procedures
<Setting the security kit>
(1) Plug the power cord into the power outlet and
turn ON the power switch.
(2) Display the Service Mode screen.
(For details of how to display the Service Mode
screen, see the service manual.)
(3) Touch “System 2.”
(4) Touch “Option Board Status.”

<When attaching one DSC board>
Touch “Set” of DSC1.
<When attaching two DSC boards>
Touch “Set” of DSC1 and DSC2.
(6) Touch “END.”

The following setting should be performed by the
Administrator.
