Specifying User Authentication Settings

If user authentication settings have been specified on this machine, a user 
name must be entered.

Click the Setup tab.

Click the User Authentication/Account Track button.

Select the “User Authentication” check box, and then enter the user 
name and password.

Note 

If this machine has been set to permit public users, the machine can be 
used without a user name and password.
