Composition/Operation
2.2.1 Tray Selecting Mechanism
• The paper is fed out into either the Exit Tray of the copier or the Job Tray. The active tray
is selected according to the operating mode (either the fax, copier, or printer mode).
• The Exit Tray of the copier is for the copier. The Job Tray is, on the other hand, for the fax
and printer.
• The corresponding tray is selected through the operation of the motor and sensor as
shown below.
