Group Directory Report
This report provides a complete listing of all of the numbers
programmed into a specific group. There is a separate report
for each group. The information includes:
•
Date and Time report was printed
•
ID of the machine generating the report
•
Group Number
•
Group Name
•
Location IDs programmed into the Group
Printing the Group Directory
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
2 Press

or
▼
to select Report Print. Press Enter.
3 Press
▲
or
▼
until the report you want appears on the
display. Press Enter.
4 Press
▲
or
▼
to select the desired group number. Press
Enter.
5 Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to
return to standby mode.
