Checking belt tension for rotary valve
The V-belt for the rotary valve is self-tightening. The
belt tension spring for the rotary valve must normally
be placed in stage shown. If it is considered to be ne-
cessary, the tension spring may be changed by moving
the spring to another stage.
Connecting pipeline to blower
pressure side
For transport of crops over larger distances and
heights than allowed by the loading equipment, both
temporary and permanent pipelines can be connected
to the blower outlet. When a separate pipeline on the
pressure side of the blower is mounted, the loading
equipment must be in lowered position. The throttle (A)
on the loading equipment will then automatically close
for conveyance through the loading equipment.
Remove the covering plate (B) on the outlet on the ac-
celeration chamber under the rotary valve and mount
an OK200 pipeline as described in the paragraph
“Pneumatic conveying”.
