Gear for Rotary valve
The gear is greased from the factory and does not
require further grease.
Tire pressure
Check the tire pressure regularly. It must be 2.1 bar
(30 psi).
Cleaning of acceleration chamber
If pebbles are sucked into the suction blower together
with the crops, they may be collected at the bottom of
the acceleration chamber under the rotary valve. If this
is the case, the covering plate being mounted on the
Maintenance
Always stop the suction blower during repair and main-
tenance. Brake the tractor, stop the motor and remove
the ignition key, so that the suction blower cannot be
started by mistake, while the repair and maintenance
is done.
Greasing
Every 8 working hours – PTO shaft
Grease the PTO shaft every 8 working hours (see the
separate instructions for use supplied together with the
PTO shaft).
Every 50 working hours - blower
Grease the bearings on the blower belt side every 50
working hours. Use lithium based grease of good qua-
lity. Regrease with approx. 25 cm

= 1 1/2 cu in = 25
gram each time.
Newer overgrease the bearings. If the casing is filled
with too much grease, the bearings will get hot.
