7 - MAINTENANCE

Replacement of the belts
NOTE: If you need to replace one of the belts (1) in the
belt drive, replace all belts to ensure operational reliability.
The belts
(1) are delivered in sets of 4 belts with exactly the
same length.
The belt tension is correct when a force (F) of 7.5 daN
( 16.9 lbf ) gives a deflection (X) of 30 – 35 mm ( 1.2 –
1.4 in ) at the middle of the belt.
