You can obtain the online help from the Help menu. On the parameter setup page, press
[
▲
] or [
▼
] to select Help. Press [Enter] to enter or [ESC] to exit from the help page,
and press [ ] or [ ] to page up or down, as shown in Figure 3-20.

Battery Charging Status
When the OTDR is powered off and is charged by using the AC/DC adapter, the indicator
on the top cover of the OTDR is on in read, indicating that the OTDR is being charged.
After the OTDR is fully charged, the indicator is automatically off. When the OTDR is
powered on and is charged by using the AC/DC adapter, the embedded battery of the OTDR
is automatically charged.
The battery icon on the screen is described as follows:
: The battery is exhausted.
: The battery power is low.
: Half of the battery power is used.
: More than half of the battery power is left.
: The battery power is full.
: The battery is being charged.
