CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT OF JAW CRUSHER
CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT OF OUTLET CLEARANCE
CHECK OF OUTLET CLEARANCE
The outlet clearance (A) (opening side) indicates the distance from
the tip of the fixed jaw plate and the bottom of the swing jaw plate,
when the crusher outlet is most widely open. (In other words, when
a portion of the flywheel painted red matches a portion of the
flywheel cover painted red, as illustrated in the figure above)
Measurement is taken at three points, j.e. at both ends and at the
center, and the lowest value is adopted as the representative one.
This measurement is made using a measuring rod.
