WARNING: When use Stainless steel knife blade (20) do not use continuously for more
than 1 minutes. Allow the motor to cool before the next operation.
WARNING: Before processing, cut the meat into small pieces (3cm x 3cm). Never put more
than 500g of meat into the container.
WARNING
: Do not use the stainless steel knife blade for mixing flour.
WARNING: When use Plastic knife blade (19) do not use continuously for more than
1 minutes. Allow the motor to cool before the next operation.
WARNING: Always put the blade in the bowl before you start to add the ingredients.
To keep the best processing result:
• Plastic knife blade: for dough (no more than 250g flour with 175g water), start machine
with min. speed for around 10-20 seconds, and then turn to little bigger and bigger speed.
Not exceed 1/3 speed.
•
Stainless Steel knife blade: for meat chopping, use the max speed.
•
If you chop onions, use the pulse function a few times to prevent the onions from being too
finely chopped.
•
Do not let the appliance run too long when you chop (hard) cheese or chocolate. Otherwise
these ingredients become too hot, start to melt and turn lumpy.
• To assemble the device follow the diagram flow showed above step by step.
•
Ensure the bowl (2) and the cover (4) are locked well or the machine will not work.
• After operation you can disassemble the device by following the opposite flow and direction.
•
Always be careful when handling the stainless steel knife blades as they are very sharp.
•
After operation open the cover only when the blades are completely stopped. For extra
caution you can unplug the appliance before removing the cover.
