ASSEMBLING FUEL BED AND COMMISSIONING

3.1

ASSEMBLING THE CERAMICS AND FUEL BED - COAL MODELS

a)

Place the ribbed ceramic fuelbed base on top of the fuelbed support

and pull fully forwards to the burner.

Make sure that the fuelbed

base is located centrally in the fire box

.

Ensure that the fuelbed

base fit fully down onto the fuel bed support and is not

lodged on the burner. See figure 12 below.

Position the two halves of the front ceramic (L/H & R/H) on the locating

channel in the front ceramic, ensuring it is located onto the lip on the

burner front ceramic support. (See figure 13 below)
