Always discharge residual pressure and turn the motor OFF.

No detergent.
Black-coloured detergent
nozzle not attached.
Attach the black-coloured detergent nozzle (see page 7).
Adjustable detergent knob in
closed position.
Open adjustable detergent knob (see page 8).
Detergent suction tube not
properly attached.
Check connection.
Filter on detergent suction
tube is clogged.
Run warm water through filter to remove debris.
Detergent suction tube
damaged or blocked.
Remove obstruction or replace detergent suction tube.
Nozzle obstructed.
Clean nozzle (see page 10).
Detergent container empty.
Replace detergent container.
Water leaking.
Loose fittings.
Check that all fittings are tight.
Water or oil
leaking from
bottom of unit.

A small amount of leakage is
normal.
Excessive leaking may
indicate water seals are
damaged or worn.
If excessive leaking occurs, call Customer Service Hotline.
Pump is noisy.
Pump is sucking air.
Check that hoses and fittings are airtight.
Turn off machine and purge pump by squeezing gun
trigger until a steady flow of water emerges through the
nozzle.
Trigger will
not move.
Gun safety-lock engaged.
Release safety lock.
