Front view

Screen
— the image from the film is displayed for viewing on the
screen. The frame on the screen marks the data reading range.

Control Panel
— most operations are controlled from the keys
and indicators on the control panel. See Chapter 2,

Image Rotation Knob
— use this knob to rotate the image on
the screen.

Projection Lens (optional)
— several projection lenses are
available to change the size and adjust the focus of the image.

Fiche Carrier 5 (optional)
— supports the viewing of
microfiche.

Projection Lamp Unit
— contains the Projection Lamp
(halogen lamp) which projects the film image onto the screen.

Printer Connector
— connects the scanner to the printer
through an interface cable.

USB 2.0 Connector
— connects the scanner to the personal
computer through a USB cable.
