11. Maintenance
In case, the medium to be measured is not polluted, the unit is maintenance-free.
11.1 Notice According to the Battery Law
Old batteries do not belong in household waste. You can send the batteries back
to us or an authorized address, free of charge. As consumer, you are legally
obliged to return the used batteries.
Contaminated batteries are provided with a mark consisting of a crossed-out
trash and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of heavy metal for classification as
respective contaminant:
1. "Cd" stands for cadmium.
2. "Hg" stands for mercury.
3. "Pb" stands for lead.
