Accessories
The unit may be used only with accessories, wear parts and single-use articles whose safety of use has been
demonstrated by a declaration of conformity.
The accessory parts certified for electrosurgical units by Gebrüder Martin can be found in the Gebrüder
Martin accessories catalog, which can be requested or downloaded directly from www.klsmartin.com.
Danger of injury from defective accessory equipment!
Improper handling by the user can cause the device to fail and lead to injuries! Therefore, please note:

Before use, accessory components should always be subjected to a visual check.
•
The use of accessories by other manufacturers may constitute a source of danger. In case of doubt,
contact Gebrüder Martin.

The accessory equipment must be suitable for at least the voltages indicated in section 9 Technical

Only accessory equipment in perfect condition may be used.
Accessories unfit for further use are to be scrapped.
Danger of injury from use of non-approved accessories and cables!
Use of accessories or cables other than those specified or provided by Gebrüder Martin may result in
increased electromagnetic interference emission or reduced electromagnetic interference immunity of
the device, and in faulty operation.
In case of doubt, contact Gebrüder Martin.
Radios, cell phones, or other emitters in the immediate vicinity of the device may affect the safe operation
of the same. For minimum distances from emitting devices, see section 11 “Guidelines and
Manufacturer’s Declaration Regarding Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)”, page 45.
