Pneumatic Tubing Routing & Plumbing.
With all components located, you are now able to route the air tubing as desired & install onto the
compression / push-to-connect fittings as applicable.
Route the air tubing as desired to the different parts of the system. Use the below figure for proper
hookup & the following tips for routing & installation.
•
Tape off the exposed end of the air tubing so debris does not enter the line while you are
routing the tubing through the vehicle.
•
Use a heat gun to soften the ends of the air tubing to easily slide the tubing over the lip of
compression fittings.
•
Avoid routing the tubing through areas that move or are exposed to high heat.
Note: The compressor should already be plumbed into the tank at this point. If not, do so now.

Once air tubing is installed onto primary air horn driver, reinstall horn trumpets as
shown in the below figure & final tighten the hardware that retains the air horns.
