WARRANTY – IMPACT WRENCH
Three Year Limited Warranty:
Klein Tools Cordless Power Tools manufactured and sold
for commercial or industrial uses, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for three years from the date of original purchase.
THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS.
At its
option, Klein will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product which fails
to conform to this warranty under normal use and service. There are no user serviceable
parts in this tool. This warranty does not apply if repairs have been made or attempted
by others, if alterations have been made, or if the tool has been abused or misused.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KLEIN TOOLS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGE.
