Preparation for storage
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Open the hot water dispenser and
take out the inner pot (water tank).
3. Drain out all of the water in inner pot.
Install water receiver
• Put the grid on the water receiver
and push the water receiver into the
support from above.

inside the water
There is limescale in the
water.
Clean the appliance with
citric acid.
The tap water may contain
to much minerals which
stick on the inner pot
surface as limescale.
Clean the appliance with

Bad smell occurs after
boiling
Chlorine in tap water may
cause smell after boiling.
Press the “Reboil“ button
to reboil.
The machine oil on the heating element
may cause smell in first few use.
If the air pot is used on plastic cloth,
smell of plastic may transfer into water.
Dispense function does not
work just after boiling
Check if the filter is
clogged.
Clean the filter with a
brush.
The dispense function may
be affected by bubbles
inside the pump.
Please open and close the
lid once then try again.
