Problem Potential cause Solution
The glass is fogged up. Combination of soft water
and too much detergent. Use less detergent and use
the shortest programme to
wash and clean the glass.
Black or grey stripes on
dishes Aluminium parts have
rubbed against the dishes. Use a mild abrasive
cleaner.
Detergent residues in the
chamber. The dishes are obstructing
the dissolution of the
detergent. Load the dishes carefully
into the dishwasher.
Error codes
For some faults, the display shows an error code to warn you:
Code Meaning Potential cause
E1 Water supply disrupted. The tap is not open, the water supply is
interrupted or the water pressure is too low.
E3 The water temperature is
not reached. The heating element is broken. Contact a
specialist company.
E4 Water leak. Part of the dishwasher is leaking. Turn off
the main tap and call a professional. If there
is still water in the tub after the end of the
programme, remove it before restarting the
dishwasher.
Ed Fault in communication

board Open circuit or interrupted wiring for
communication. Contact a specialist
