8.2 Error codes
Error code Meaning
What to do
No cookware was detected
Place suitable cookware in the middle of
the corresponding cooking zone
(see chapter on cookware).
Circuit failure
Contact customer service or a certified
electrician.
Temperature senor
short circuit or open circuit

Abnormal supply voltage
Switch off the appliance and make sure
that the power supply is normal.
Only if this is the case, turn the hob back on.
Abnormal temperature
Restart the hob after the temperature has
returned to normal.

Failure of the temperature
sensor of the IGBT
Ensure that the ventilation paths are not
blocked and that the cooling fan operates
normally.
When the temperature has returned to nor-
mal, restart the hob.
Communication failure
Contact customer service or a certified
electrician.
Moisture / spilled liquid
on the control panel
Clean and dry the control panel.
