Using the rotary spit function

Fix the support

to the top of the rack on the left

• Insert the rotary spit pole

into the motor hole

on the right side of the oven.
Then fix it to the support on the left side also.
• Place a drip pan with a little water on the lower shelf
of the oven.
For even browning of roasts and larger cooking quantities
up to a load limit of 1000 g, you can use the rotary spit
function available for some cooking modes (marked with
the symbol
).

To do this, place the food on the skewer and insert the
two forks.
•
Then proceed as described below.
•
The rotary motor will begin to work once a program
with the rotary spit function has been selected and
started.
Available programmes with rotary spit function:
•
Keep the oven door closed during operation.
