Operating the appliance
Program and temperature
When you have switched on the oven, the icon appears
on the screen and you can switch between the available
heating programs using the
and keys
in the following sequence:
Now press the and
keys to set the desired tempera
-
ture.
To confirm your settings and start cooking, press the
Confirmation key
.
The
icon appears on the display while the oven is being
heated to the desired temperature.
To change the program and target temperature during
operation, proceed in the same way as described above.

To use the rotary spit function
, see the corres-
ponding chapter.
Quick heating function
If the set target temperature exceeds 100ºC, you can
press the quick heating key to speed up the heating
process.
The quick heat icon will be displayed next to the target
temperature until the oven reaches the set temperature.
The rapid heating function will then switch off.
The rapid heating function can only be used in the fol
-
lowing programs:
•
During operation, the oven glass door and adja
-
cent parts of the appliance become hot.
Therefore, make sure that children in particular
do not touch the appliance.

This appliance is not intended for use by per
-
sons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of expe
-
rience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
On / off
If the oven is in standby mode, the current time is dis
-
played after pressing any key briefly.
In this state, you can set the light, time, alarm, and child
lock as described below.
To switch on the oven / activate the oven functions,
keep the
key pressed for a short time.
Light
Press the key to switch the internal oven lighting on
and off.
The light will automatically turn off if no action is taken
within 3 minutes.
Child lock / Key lock
To set the child lock, keep the Confirmation key
pressed for a few seconds until the icon appears on
the screen.
All keys are now disabled and the control panel is protec-
ted from accidental or unintentional operation.
To cancel the child lock, keep the Confirmation key
pressed for a few seconds again until the icon disap-
pears from the screen.
The control panel can now be used again.
