Kiwi-30 transmits a $0e (14) command
$02 (2) - Parameter Value (Hi) 000xxxxx Data format depends on Parameter
Data format the same as $04
Note – This byte is $00 for all non 12 bit parameters
$03 (3) - Parameter Value (Lo) 0yyyyyyy Hi & Lo are combined to make single 12 bit command.
00 0yyyyyyy = 0000xxxx xyyyyyyy
$0f (15) Request Global Parameter
