Open up the camera. There are no user serviceable parts inside

Expose the camera to extreme temperatures or rapid changes of hot to cold or vice versa

Clean the camera with a soft dry cloth and no detergents
Troubleshooting
No power
Turn off the camera, remove SD card from the camera and wait for five minutes. Charge the
camera for 1 hour. Then turn on the camera while still connected to the power source.
No SD card
Check that there is a compatible and formatted SD card in the camera.
SD card error
Save files you want to keep onto a PC and then format the SD card.
Camera won’t turn on
Charge the camera using a mains power adaptor for 1 hour and then try to turn on again.
Blurry photos
You need to hold the camera still whilst pressing the Shutter/OK (7) button.
