To  remove  the  hot  surface  indicator
assembly:

a) Disconnect  the  hot  surface  indicator

wires.

c) Lay the element and limiter on a work

surface. Remove the screws from the
limiter and remove it from the element.
NOTE:  Be  careful  when  you  remove
the  limiter  that  you  do  not  break  the
sensor tube (see below).

bly and push it toward the front of the
unit,  then  pull  down  the  rear  edge,
unclip  the  locking  arms  from  the
cooktop, and remove the assembly.
