INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

HEATING FUNCTION

The cooker is operating to reach or maintain the set room temperature.
The room temperature is read by a sensor incorporated into the product or located elsewhere (operation assessed
and performed by the technician).
There is no heating element under the oven.
The cooker warms up the room through the top ventilation on the left side, by radiation and natural air convection.
The oven and food warmer remain hot, but it is not possible to control their temperature.

To switch the cooker on

 in “heating function”,

(if the Heating function is already active, R on the

bottom right of the display)

press the ON/OFF button. The ignition phase lasts several minutes and various

texts are shown on the display (“CLEAN_F”, LOAD_F”), until the “LEVEL” text is displayed.

USER/INSTALLER

To switch from Cooking to Heating function, if not set, follow the steps on the next page.

The display shows the room temperature
The oven heating LED is off
The ON/OFF LED is on
If the cooker goes into STAND BY mode, i.e. if the room temperature is reached and the flame goes out, the STAND BY
text appears on the display. The cooker is ready to operate again if heat is requested because the room temperature
decreases.
