Appropriate cookware
Warning!
•
Only use the cookware listed in this instruction manual:
Flat-bottom pans and pots (15-20 cm in diameter)
made of
steel, stainless steel, cast iron or enameled
iron.
•
Cookware unsuitable for induction cooking is any cook-
ware with rounded edges or with a diameter of less than
15 cm and cookware consisting of
glass, ceramic, copper
or aluminum.
•
After the first use, white stains may usually appear on
the bottom of the pot. To remove them, heat some vi-
negar in the respective cookware to 60-80 °C and remo-
ve the stains with a dishwashing brush.
