1. Align each handle (#1) against the
side panel of toolbox.
2. Insert the M6x55 mm Allen Screw (#2)
and M6 Washer (#3) provided. Tighten
with the Allen Wrench (#5) (included).
3. Align Plastic Cover Caps (#4) evenly
over handle screw holes. Using a small
head rubber mallet, tap plastic cover
caps flush with handle.
WARNING: DO NOT LIFT UPPER TOOL CHEST ALONE; TEAM LIFT TOP UNIT.
TOOLBOX ASSEMBLY
1. Place Upper Chest on top of Bottom
Cabinet.
2.
Use CAUTION; DO NOT PINCH
FINGERS
. Align both Upper Chest
and Bottom Cabinet mounting Security
Bracket holes on rear of toolbox.
3. Mount Security Brackets (#9) to both
the top and bottom sections of toolbox,
with M6x16 HHCS (#8). Do not tighten
yet. (See image - A.)
4. Check that Brackets, Upper Chest,
and Bottom Cabinet are in alingment.
5. Tighten bracket bolts.
6. Assembly is now complete.
OR
Top Chest
1. To Lock: Close all drawers first.
Close lid then turn key to the LEFT.
2. To Unlock: Turn key to the RIGHT.
Open lid and pull drawer out.
Bottom Chest
1. To Lock: Close all drawers first.
Turn key to the LEFT.
2. To Unlock: Turn key to the RIGHT.
Pull drawer out.
To Remove Drawers
1. To disassemble ball bearing slides
simultaneously press the plastic
lock springs up or down to pull the
inner drawer slides out.
To Reassemble Drawers

• DO NOT open more than one loaded drawer at a time, as tipping may occur.
• To prevent possible damage to the unit, close lid and make sure drawers and
doors are in the locked position before attempting to move.
• DO NOT stand on the product. Do not step in the drawers. You may fall, which
may cause personal injury and/or property damage.
• DO NOT mount the product on truck bed or any other moving object.
• Apply brakes on swivel casters when not moving unit.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean
the finish regularly.
• Do not use corrosive chemicals
or abrasives on the finish.
• To ensure smooth drawer
movement, regularly lubricate
the top and bottom channels
of the inner drawer slides with
silicone grease spray.

HANDLE ASSEMBLY
Tools required for assembly:
• 5 mm Allen Wrench (included)
1. Insert the end of the inner drawer
slides into the middle drawer slides.
Carefully slide into place. Verify
slides are securely attached.
Opening Drawers
1. Choose a drawer
to open.
2. Squeeze both the
top and bottom
sections of the
drawer handle.
3. Pull drawer open.
