Function and Components
The two-format
FP 75 E projector
is suitable to reproduce 35 mm and 70 mm film
and sound formats.

Film is transported through the projector from top to bottom.
»
The intermittent sprocket is directly driven via the drive unit.
»
The film gate, the intermittent sprocket and its amplifier are water-cooled.
»
The projector can be equipped with film reels up to 2000 m.
»
Two electronic frictions are driven via directly flanged DC motors.
»
The film can also be guided via a set of guide rollers to and from a non-rewind
system.
»
The shutter is an opposed rotating double shutter. It is driven from a synchronous
motor.
»
The projector can be equipped with an automation system like, EMK 1, CCA 3,
DMP 1 and SA 2. Sensors can be installed in the to read metal foil tape for the
purpose of an automation system.

An available reverse-scan sound device is mounted on projector head and is suit-
able to reproduce analog sound and optional digital sound DOLBY SR·D.

For reading 70 mm sound track an optional magnetic sound device can be
mounted.

Other readers like DTS and SDDS reader can be installed on the projector.
