Each Kit contains: Back Frame, Front Frame, and Screen.

If protruding facing materials (i.e., concrete board, brick or tile) are to be used, refer to Facing Material Dimension
Requirements section.

Designer Doors require a minimum 1/8” space on top and sides to allow for installation & removal.

An optional Tile Lip Kit is available: ZCV-TLK. Follow instructions included with kit to use.

Back frame can be installed and used as tile lip also.
To Assemble Designer Door:
1.
Slide Screen into Front Frame.
2. Set Hinge Sockets on Front Frame onto
Hinge Pins of Back Frame.

Back Frame
To Install Designer Door:
1. Remove Front Frame from Back
Frame.
2. Set Back Frame onto Lower Ledge
of fireplace below Access Panel.
3. Use Screws in top corners of
fireplace frame sides to attach
Back Frame to fireplace.
4. Insert Screen into Front Frame.
5. Set Hinge Sockets on Front Frame
onto Hinge Pins of Back Frame.
