The following assembly MUST be performed by a minimum of two
people.
Lift up the main impellor housing (A) Fig.7 and position it over the
left and right columns (B) and drum lid supports (C) as shown.
6. Secure the main impellor housing (A) Fig.7 to the columns (B) using 8
flange head hex. bolts and washers. Secure the main impellor housing to
the drum lid supports (C) using 4 flange head hex. bolts.
7. Install the intake housing (A) Fig.8 to the bottom of the main impellor
housing (B) using 8 flange head hex. bolts. Make sure the intlet opening (C)
is facing in the correct direction as shown in Fig.8.
8. Install the cyclone funnel (D) Fig.8 to the bottom of the intake housing (A)
using 8 flange head hex. bolts and flange head hex. nuts.
9. Position the collapsible hose (E) Fig.8 over the opening of the cyclone
funnel and secure it in place using the hose clamp (F).
10. Install drum lid (A) Fig.9 to the drum lid supports (B). Secure drum lid using
the 4 flange hex. nuts and washers (C).
11. Position the collapsible hose (D) Fig.9 over the lip of the drum lid. Secure
collapsible hose to drum lid using the bottom hose clamp (E).
