ASSEMBLY

UNPACKING 
 

Carefully remove all components and hardware bags from the carton.  
 
Note: The following assembly instructions will illustrate the assembly of the 1.5 
HP Cyclone Dust Collector model KC-8150C. The assembly instructions for all 
three models are identical. 
 

1. Secure each wheel (A) Fig.4 to each corner of the base (B) using 4 flange 

head hex. bolts for each wheel. 

 
2. Install the left column (C) Fig.4 and right column (D) to the base (B) using 

4 round allen head bolts and washers for each column. Notice the          
placement of the columns as shown in Fig.4. 

 
3. Install the drum lid supports (E) Fig.4 to the base (B) using 2 flange head 

hex. bolts each support. Notice the placement of the drum lid supports as 
shown in Fig.4. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4. Install the drum lid handle assembly (A) Fig.5 to the drum lid supports (B). 

Secure each side of the handle with the plastic washers placed in between 
the parts. Insert the top section (A) Fig.6 of the handle onto the upper 
threaded shaft. Secure the top section using the nylon hex. nut (B). Secure 
the pivoting bracket (C) to the lower threaded shaft. Secure the pivoting 
bracket using the nylon hex. nut (D).
