Some assembly is required. Carefully remove the
stand and loose parts from the box.
UNFOLDING STAND LEGS
1) Position the top of the stand down on the floor with
folded legs facing upwards.
2) Press the spring locking pin (A) Fig.1 on the stand
leg (B) and lift the leg up until the spring locking pin snaps into place. Repeat for the
other 3 legs. Make sure all spring locking pins have locked into place.
3) Position the stand on its legs in the upright position.
INSTALLING ROLLER SUPPORTS TO
EXTENSIONS
1) Insert roller support (A) Fig.2 into the sliding
extension (B) and install and tighten the height
adjustment lock knob (C) to secure it in place.
2) To lock the extension (B) Fig.2 at a desired distance,
install and tighten the extension lock knobs (D).
INSTALLING MITER SAW ON MOUNTING
BRACKETS
Warning!
This stand was constructed for 8-1/4”, 10”
and 12” King miter saws and other miter saws having
a foot print no larger than 15” deep. If your miter saw
has a larger foot print, we recommend mounting your
miter saw on a board and mounting the board to the
stand mounting brackets.
1) Position your miter saw on a thick piece of wood to
allow you to position the mounting brackets (A) Fig.3
underneath the mounting holes of your miter saw
base.
2) Fix the mounting brackets to your miter saw using the supplied carriage bolts, washer,
spring washers and hex. nuts as shown in Fig.3.
