Overview
Charge/Discharge Test Procedure
Application software BPC4000 is used to execute charge/discharge test conditions. A VISA library and
BPC4000 must be installed in the PC to control.
For details on how to install and control it, see the BPC4000 manual.
The following procedure describes the main steps to configure a system, set test conditions, and start and
stop tests.
Configuring the test system

Connect the power cord and output cable.

To use the system’s protection function, connect the external signals to the SIG-
NAL I/O or TRIP connectors.

Connect the PC to this product.

Assign frame numbers and IP addresses.

Install a VISA library and BPC4000 in the PC to control.

Connect the temperature chamber to this product.

Connect the DUT to this product.
Setting test conditions and starting and stopping tests
For details, see the user’s manual for Test Condition Editor in BPC4000 and the manual for Test
Executive.

Create test conditions (Projects) using Test Condition Editor.

Configure the system using Test Executive.

Executes a test using Test Executive.

A created test result file is saved to a designated folder when the test is complete.

After the test is complete, remove the DUT before turning off this product and PC.

Turn off this product and PC.
