Shifter
The shifter controls the Fire EngineÕs
speed and forward/reverse.
Low speed
Low speed (2-1/2 mph) is for
beginning drivers. See page 13 for
instructions.
Reverse
Reverse (2-1/2 mph) is used for
backing up. See page 13 for
instructions.

IMPORTANT! The Fire Engine MUST come to a complete stop before shifting
into reverse and into low or high speed. Damage to the gears and motor WILL
occur.
High speed
High speed (5 mph) is for more advanced drivers. See page 13 for instructions
to unlock the shifter.

Twist off the cap
(Figure 1)

Fill the 1 liter tank with water and
secure cap.

Pump the pumping handle 8-10 times
(more pumping equals more pressure)

Press the water trigger
(Figure 1b)

When water stops spraying out, pump
again or refill.
NOTES:
•
Avoid spraying the megaphone and
steering wheel with water.
•
If needed, tank can be drained from
underneath vehicle. Read important
instructions before draining tank (see
page 17).
