Interior Lighting System*

The Interior Lighting System is controlled by a button located

inside of the center console storage bin. Areas of illumination

differ depending upon the model, but may include the front lower

instrument panel, cup holders, front bin, and rear floor areas.
System lighting becomes available when both front doors are

closed and the vehicle headlights are turned ON. When either the

driver’s door or front passenger’s door are opened, the system

will emit a soft white light in these areas. When these doors are

closed, these lights turn off after 3 seconds. Different lighting

effects are initiated with each press of the Interior Lighting System

Button. Press the button to cycle through the lighting options, or

to turn the system off when no interior lighting is desired.

1st Press:

The areas of illumination are lighted with a blue light.

2nd Press:

The areas of illumination are lighted with a green light.

3rd Press:

The areas of illumination are lighted with a red light.

4th Press:

Interior Lighting System is turned OFF. Lights will not illuminate.

Press and hold for 5 seconds:

This sets the Interior Lighting System to transition through all 3 colors in 4-

second intervals. This setting remains until the button is pressed again.
If a vehicle door is opened while the Interior Lighting System is in operation, lights will revert to the soft white

dome light color. When the door is closed again, lighting will revert to the previously selected color setting.
