Cruise Control
To Set Cruise Control, Do the Following:
1.
Pull the CRUISE ON/OFF button
J
to turn the system on. The CRUISE
indicator light in the instrument cluster will illuminate.
2.
Accelerate to the desired speed, must be more than 24 mph (40 km/h).
3.
Depress the
–
SET switch and release it at the desired speed. The “SET”
light in the instrument cluster will illuminate. Release the accelerator at the
same time. The desired speed will automatically be maintained.
To Cancel Cruise Control, Do One of the Following:
1.
Press the brake pedal.
2.
Push the CANCEL switch.
3.
Push the CRUISE ON/OFF button.
To Increase the Cruising Speed, Do One of the Following:
1.
Hold down the RES+ switch, your speed will increase gradually.
2.
Let go of the button when you reach your desired speed.
To Decrease the Cruising Speed, Do One of the Following:
1.
Hold the
–
SET switch, your speed will decrease gradually.
2.
Let go of the button when you reach your desired speed.
To Resume Speed:
1.
After brake application, press RES+ to reset previous speed.
nOte:
The Cruise Control ON/OFF function will reset w/ ignition key cycle.
