After Power-Up. 
As soon as the bread maker is switched on the power supply, a beep will be heard and the menu “Basic” and “3:00” 
appears in the display after a short time. But the two dots between the “3” and “00” don’t flash constantly. The arrow
points to 900g and MEDIUM. It is the default setting. 

上电:
接通电源后,蜂鸣器鸣叫一声(1秒)
LCD显示默认为第1菜单(BASIC),面包烧色默认为中烧色(烧色指示图标“▲”指示在MEDIUM),面包大
小默认为900g(大小指示图标“▲”指示在900g),时间显示为3:00。

START / STOP
The button is used for starting and stopping the selected baking program. 
To start a program, press the START / STOP button once. A short beep will be heard and the two dots in the LCD
begin to flash, the working light illuminates and the program starts. Any other button is inactivated except the
START / STOP button after a program has begun. This feature will help to prevent any unintentional disruption to
the operation of program.
To stop the program, press the START / STOP button for approx. 2 seconds, then a beep will be heard, the working
light will be extinguished, it means that the program has been switched off.

程序启动和停止(“START/STOP”按键)
设定好功能后,按一下“START”按键,程序启动,进入工作状态, LCD上的“:”闪烁,时间开始倒计时。 
工作状态下,按一下“START” 按键,LCD显示的时间闪烁(不增减),再按一下“START”按键或者10分钟后
没按键操作,程序继续运行。 工作状态下,按住“START”按键,蜂鸣器长叫一声,程序停止工作。

PAUSE FUNCTION
After procedure starts up, you can press START / STOP button once to interrupt at any time, the operation will be
paused but the setting will be memorized, the working time will be flashed on the LCD. Touch START / STOP
button again or within 10 min without touching any button, the program will continue. 

掉电保护

 

程序起动后,具有10分钟以上的掉电保护功能,如果机器在工作过程中断电,10分钟以内重新上电,机器能
接着断电前的状态继续工作; 若程序没有起动,其设置过程不用保护,重新上电后按正常上电处理。

MENU
It is used to set different programs. Each time it is pressed (accompanied by a short beep) the program will vary. 
Press the button continuously, the 15 menus will be cycled to show on the LCD display. Select your desired
program. The functions of 15 menus will be explained as below. 

菜单选择(MENU按键)
通电后,可以通过菜单键选择不同的程序菜单,接下来每次按菜单键(菜单号加1,没有连加功能),LCD将显
示每个菜单对应的序号,从“1-15-1”循环。菜单号加1(没有连加功能),共15个菜单,菜单号为15时再
按“MENU”按键,返回第1程序菜单,按此规律循环; LCD显示相应菜单的默认值(具体见下面附表); 
程序起动后此按键无效。

1] Basic: kneading, rise and baking normal bread. You may also add ingredients to increase flavor. 
     

基本面包:揉,升和烘烤普通面包。您也可以添加成分以增加风味。

2] French: kneading, rise and baking within a longer rise time. The bread baked in this menu usually will have a
     crispier crust and light texture. 

  

法式面包:在较长的上升时间内进行揉捏,上升和烘烤。在此菜单中烤制的面包通常会具有酥脆的外皮和

  轻盈的质地。 

 3] Whole Wheat: kneading, rise and baking of whole wheat bread. It is not advised to use the delay function for a
     good baking results.  

  

全麦面包:全麦面包的揉捏,上升和烘烤。建议不要使用延迟功能以获得良好的烘焙效果。

4] Quick: kneading, rise and baking loaf within the time less than Basic bread. But the bread baked on this setting 
     is usually smaller with a dense texture. 

  

快速面包:揉捏,起面包和烘烤面包的时间少于基本面包。但是在这种情况下烤制的面包通常较小,

  质地致密。

Disconnect the machine from the power and let it cool down prior to cleaning. 

清洁前拔掉电源,然后使面包机充分冷却。

1) Bread Barrel: Rub inside and outside with a damp cloth. Do not use any sharp or abrasive agents to protect the
     non-stick coating. The pan must be dried completely prior to installing.

 

  面包桶:用湿布擦拭里外,不要使用磨砂性清洗物或者有害清洁剂擦拭,以免损坏不粘涂层。

2) Kneading blade: If the kneading bar is difficult to be removed from the axle, in such an event fill the bread barrel
     with warm water and allow it to soak for approx.30minutes.The kneading blade can then be easily removed for
     cleaning.  Also wipe the blade carefully with a cotton damp cloth, please note both the bread barrel and
     kneading blade are dishwashing safe components. 

  搅拌叶片:若搅拌叶片很难拔出,清洗前将面包桶装温水浸泡30分钟左右,再用湿布轻轻擦拭。

3) Top cover and window: clean the top cover inside and outside with a slightly damp cloth. 

  上盖和观察窗:用湿布清洁上盖内外表面,但不可把上盖浸泡水中清洗。

4) Body unit: gently wipe the outer surface of body unit with a wet cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaner to clean
     as this would degrade the high polish of the surface. Never immerse the housing into water for cleaning.

  机身:用柔软的湿布蘸取小量中性清洁剂擦拭,再用干布擦干,严禁将机身浸泡水中清洗。

5) Before the bread maker is packed away for storage, ensure that it has completely cooled down, is clean and
     dry, and put the spoon and the kneading blade in the drawer, and the top cover is closed.

  面包机使用或保存前,必须将所有部件清洗及干燥后装配原位。
