STEP 3. Install the Network Analyzer Modules
Cable Connection for Standard Receiver M9376A
a. Cable connection among receiver modules and between distributor and
receiver modules defers depending on the settings:
• 12-port or 24-port configuration
• Standard Receiver (M9376A) or Configurable Test Set (M9377A and
M9378A)
b. However, cable connection between source, synthesizers, reference and
distributor remain the same for all the 12-port configuration as shown in
Figure 1-16 on page 24 and for all 24-port configuration, as shown in
Figure 1-17 on page 25 , regardless of the receiver modules settings.
c. Figure 1-18 on page 25 shows the complete cable connections between
standard modules for 12-port configuration in 1 chassis.
d. Figure 1-19 on page 26 shows the complete cable connections between
standard modules for 24-port configuration in 2 chassis. Table 1-7 on
page 26 shows the required cables to make the connections in standard
module configuration.
