Make probe tip connection on the PV fixture such that the “+” side of the probe
input is now on the signal trace pin and “-” side of the probe input is now on the
ground pin of PV fixture.

Observe impedance reading and record the result.

Flip probe tip connection on the PV fixture such that the “-” side of the probe
input is now on the signal trace pin and “+” side of the probe input is now on
the ground pin of PV fixture.

Observe impedance reading and record the result.

Confirm that the measured impedances are within the rated tolerance of your
probe model.
