Physical Mounting
1. Remove the lid. (Note that screws are captive and need not be fully removed from lid - see fig. 4.)
2. Remove plastic plugs from knock-outs as required (see fig. 5).
3. Mount box to surface with appropriate fasteners. (Note: inner diameter of hole is 3/16 in (4.76 mm) -
see fig. 6.)
